ACRO membership is available the Regular, Associate and Affiliate level.
Regular membership entitles the member company to a seat on the Board of Directors with voting rights. A position on the ACRO Board affords your company the invaluable opportunity for dialogue with fellow industry leaders about the latest issues impacting the CRO industry overall. All ACRO members receive vital exposure to noteworthy audiences, but those with Board representation also enjoy face to face conversations with heads of industry and senior government officials. Board members direct the Association’s strategic initiatives and policy efforts, oversee research and operational best practices and, most importantly, help to drive the future of the CRO industry.
Associate members as a class are entitled to one Board seat with voting rights, as soon as the number of members at this level equals five or more. As described above, Regular and Associate members may be represented on Association committees and working groups, including those dealing with CRO Ethics and Clinical Practice, E.U. and Rest of World Issues, Communications, and Education and Training. Regular members are also entitled to participation on the Policy and Practice and Strategic Planning Committees, which advise the Board in regard to important public policy and strategic initiatives.
Affiliate members receive the benefits of membership outlined above afforded to all association members. This level of membership is designed for emerging CROs.
