ACRO Launches “Good Clinical Podcast”

WASHINGTON, DC – ACRO is pleased to announce the launch of its “Good Clinical Podcast.” The podcast brings together leaders in clinical research to discuss the latest in advocacy and cutting-edge innovation. Industry experts provide insights on the current state of clinical research and the direction the industry must head to continue improving trials for patients.

Season one, hosted by ACRO’s Sophia McLeod, airs weekly featuring new guests from across the clinical research industry.

“Hosting this season of ACRO’s Good Clinical Podcast, or GCP, has given me the opportunity to have some fascinating and impactful conversations with leaders in our industry,” said Ms. McLeod. “I believe season one touches on topics that are vital to moving clinical research forward.”

The inaugural season of ACRO’s Good Clinical Podcast features guests such as Lord James O’Shaughnessy (Co-Founder and Senior Partner, Newmarket Strategy) and Kimberly Richardson (Patient Advocate and Founder of Black Cancer Collaborative), along with leaders from ACRO and across the drug development industry.

“ACRO is pleased to share these important conversations,” said Doug Peddicord, Executive Director of ACRO. “We hope that they will spark even more discussion about how we, as an industry, can continue to work to make trials better for patients.”
