Patient Access to Clinical Trials (PACT)
ACRO’s Patient Access to Clinical Trials (PACT) Committee was formed in 2020 as a part of ACRO’s ongoing efforts to advance clinical research access and representation.
Site Resource Grants Program
In 2024, ACRO announced its Site Resource Grants Program, a platform designed to incubate innovative strategies for improving representative enrollment in clinical research. Seven community sites were selected as grant recipients based on their strong pilot project plans, commitment to driving more representative clinical research, and demonstrated need for the grant funds.
Over a 12-month pilot in 2025, these seven U.S.-based clinical research sites received seed funding of $25,000-$50,000 to implement their initiatives tailored to the needs of their local communities. While each project looked different, they share a common outcome: Small investments in site infrastructure and relationships can create lasting improvements in clinical trial access.
Our new white paper, Small Investment. Big Impact., shares the stories behind these projects, the measurable results they achieved, and the practical lessons they offer for sponsors, CROs, and sites alike.
