Kate Haven is Vice President of Investor Relations at ICON plc, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. Since joining ICON in 2017, Kate has led the investor relations function at ICON for the past four years, after roles in M&A and corporate development that included support of key deals in laboratory services, at-home clinical research, and the transformational acquisition of PRA Health Sciences in 2017. Prior to joining ICON, Kate was at Covance, a global contract research organization, for eight years in corporate development and strategy roles, including two years with Laboratory Corporation of America after the acquisition of Covance in 2015. Kate started her career in investment management, with a focus on healthcare investments as an analyst at Friess Associates, which managed the Brandywine Mutual Funds.
Kate holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an B.S. in Finance from the University of Delaware.
