As Chief Executive Officer, Jim Corrigan provides strategic leadership and direction for YPrime. Jim is a seasoned business leader with decades of experience in the technology, life sciences, and healthcare industries.
A 25-year General Electric veteran, Jim joined the company upon graduation from Central Connecticut State University. He simultaneously completed the Information Systems Management Program and attained his MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in 1993. Jim worked globally for the next four years as a member of the Corporate Audit staff. He then created a fee for GE Engine Services, which enabled customers to focus on safety, satisfaction, and efficiency. In 1999, Jim assumed the Chief Financial/Operating Officer role for Latin American Operations in Brazil.
Jim joined GE Healthcare in 2001 as the GM of Computer Tomography (CT) Detection, introducing product innovations that increased examination speed, image resolution, and effective dose. Jim later led the global materials/sourcing organization to enhance customer fulfillment, lean inventory accuracy, product quality, delivery, and productivity for the $10B in GEHC spend.
In 2005, Jim led the integration of IDX and GE Healthcare IT (HCIT), a $1.4B segment dedicated to delivering IT solutions that enable high-quality and cost-effective care for physician offices through Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), creating a culture committed to making a difference in healthcare. In 2006, he assumed the role of Senior Vice President for the clinical and admin solutions. Jim was promoted to Senior Vice President of HCIT Americas in 2011. Two years later, he became the President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Healthcare Surgery, a $500M global business that offers market-leading, minimally invasive imaging products.
In 2014, Jim left GE to assume the role as President and Chief Executive Officer of ERT, a global data and technology company that minimizes uncertainty and risk in clinical trials so that customers can move ahead with confidence. Jim worked at ERT for over seven years until he became the President and Chief Executive Officer of ConnectiveRx in 2020. ConnectiveRx simplifies access to affordable medication for patients and facilitates engagement services, connecting patients, prescribers, and pharmacists through the medication journey.
